Apple make error in iphone 3.0 ad on UK and US sites for MMS features

After browsing the iphone 3.0 features on the Apple.com/uk site it would appear the screenshot for MMS shows messaging, but its shows a small exclamation mark in red which means the message has not been sent and when pressed asks if you want to send again. This is a mistake and I am sure Apple will remove once corrected
